Don’t Drop the Ball. Vote. is a national voter registration, education and information initiative designed to explore the state of racial injustice in cities across America, educate citizens on the role of local government in the criminal justice system and inform citizens about how to exercise their power by voting as a direct means to improve conditions. By uniting the efforts of influencers in business, entertainment, government, sports, colleges & universities in each city, we will effectively organize the largest united, localized voter registration and education initiative in history.
With a goal of registering 50,000 citizens to vote in selected states ahead of the November elections, Don’t Drop the Ball. Vote. arms citizens with the information needed to make thoughtful, tactical decisions when it comes to casting their vote during local, state and national elections as a means to eradicate racial injustice and police brutality.
STATE BY STATE
In each state, Don’t Drop the Ball. Vote. works with local social justice activists and community leaders to engage with them in an honest, action-based virtual conversation exploring ways citizens can use the collective power of their vote to fight racial injustice; starting with their local government. Influencers are encouraged to register to vote or check their status, participate in the local discussion on racial injustice and encourage citizens to take a stand, get involved, and vote.
